JULIAN RAMIREZ DE ARELLANO, P.E.
Julian A. Ramirez De Arellano is a modern leader in the construction industry, combining technical expertise with hands-on experience to deliver projects of every scale to successful completion. As both a licensed Professional Engineer and Florida General Contractor, Julian brings a rare blend of design insight and construction management skill to every project.

With more than a decade of experience, Julian’s foundation in the industry began with his family’s concrete business. That early exposure inspired him to earn his Civil Engineering degree, pursue his Professional Engineer certification, and build a career spanning high-end industrial, commercial and residential projects totaling more than $35 million. His portfolio also includes extensive federal infrastructure and mega-projects exceeding $250 million—many of which were delivered with recognition for excellence.

Driven by his passion for building and innovation, Julian founded Lox Construction with the vision of creating a firm that integrates engineering precision with construction expertise. His ultimate goal is to provide clients with unmatched knowledge across all construction trades, ensuring every project is built on a foundation of quality, integrity, and value.
